About Robert

Bob has a long established practice in Corporate Law, Construction, Real Estate Development and Management-side Labour together with related service required by business.

A Certified Mediator, Bob is an experienced labour counsel and negotiator representing management in grievance arbitration, before the Labour Relations Board and the Supreme Court in all aspects of labour relations, and with extensive experience with mega projects under Special Project Declarations.

On the development side, Bob has over three decades of experience in the assembly, construction, financing and leasing of major commercial and shopping centre development.

Bob is President of the Naval Officers Association of NL and outgoing President of the Rotary Club of St. John’s. He is a past National President of the Canadian Mental Health Association and contributed 16 years of service as a Chair and a Trustee of provincial hospitals in St. John’s along with a long list of other community service.

His community and professional service has been recognized by a Paul Harris Fellow from Rotary and appointment as a King’s Counsel and a Master of the Supreme Court.
