About Peter

Peter is the firm’s Managing Director of People & Culture. Though New Brunswick will always be home to him, in this role he splits his time across all of our firm’s offices. When it comes to work, Peter is passionate about supporting our members to achieve their career aspirations and grow as professionals.

Peter is a former Partner with Deloitte Canada, where he worked for over a decade supporting the Executive Office, leading National Communications and was the People and Culture Leader for one of the firm’s national businesses. With decades of experience across the public, political, and professional services sectors, he brings a solutions mindset and a bias for action—working alongside teams to achieve great things together. You will often hear him talk about “progress over perfection”, a guiding mindset in how he approaches his own work and leading others. 

Outside of work, Peter is an avid traveller who is infinitely curious about the world, equally at home in a nature preserve as he is navigating the streets of the world’s biggest cities. During the pandemic, he also discovered a passion for gardening, and now happily spends hours getting his hands dirty and finding joy in watching things grow.
