Noah is an associate in McInnes Cooper’s Halifax office and a strategic, diligent advocate for his clients. He maintains a broad litigation practice and is part of the firm’s general litigation, commercial and construction practice groups.
With a background in business and accounting, Noah leverages this experience to deliver practical, nuanced solutions tailored to his clients’ needs. Noah has represented clients in a wide range of commercial litigation matters and has appeared before the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal, Nova Scotia Supreme Court, Nova Scotia Small Claims Court, and various statutory hearing tribunals.
Noah earned a Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick. While in Fredericton, Noah was actively involved in initiatives aimed at improving community access to legal services. This included volunteering at the Fredericton Legal Advice Clinic and working with a local non-profit organization to expand public access to legal information and advice.
Outside of the office, Noah is an avid basketball and football fan. He also enjoys exploring the impressive culinary scene within the HRM.
