About Nicole
Nicole Noonan is an Immigration Paralegal in McInnes Cooper’s St. John’s office. She supports clients through the full lifecycle of Canadian immigration matters. Nicole gathers and organizes documentation, prepares forms and applications for submission, and performs detailed quality checks to keep forms, evidence, and client narratives consistent. She tracks deadlines and status updates, communicates clear instructions and progress to clients, and collaborates with lawyers and team members to move files forward efficiently.
Nicole joined McInnes Cooper in 2012 after earning a Legal Office Administration Diploma. She began as a Legal Assistant in the Labour & Employment practice and moved to the Immigration team in 2019, where she continued to build her work. She enjoys the unique pace and problem‑solving nature of immigration files.
