Meghan is a lawyer in our Halifax office with a general corporate and commercial practice. She represents clients in the startup sector, providing advice on incorporations, structuring, option plans, shareholder agreements and general legal matters. She also provides support on corporate transactions, including debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions and reorganizations.

While in law school, Meghan volunteered with several legal organizations such as the Fredericton Legal Advice Clinic, UNB Student Information Clinic and UNB Law Tax Clinic.

Meghan is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society. Off the clock, Meghan enjoys traveling, trying new local restaurants and spending time outdoors.
