Megan is a property paralegal in our Charlottetown office, supporting lawyers with residential, commercial, condominium, new construction, financing, and subdivision property transactions. Her work includes drafting documents, managing client communications, coordinating with real estate agents and lenders, organizing files, and ensuring deadlines are met to support smooth closings for sales, purchases, and refinancings.
Before joining the firm, Megan spent five years in the real estate industry as Supervisor of Royal LePage Prince Edward Realty. She came to the firm in the winter of 2025 as a legal assistant, where she further developed her knowledge of the legal industry and gained hands-on experience with property-related work before transitioning into her current paralegal role.
Megan approaches problem solving with a focus on due diligence, attention to detail, and clear, proactive communication to keep transactions on track. Outside of work, she enjoys reading fantasy and science fiction novels, ideally while relaxing in the sunshine on a beach.
