Megan is a bilingual Estates & Trusts paralegal who works remotely full-time from her home in Cape Breton. She graduated from NSCC in 2009 with a diploma in Business Administration, majoring in accounting. In 2020, she transitioned into a paralegal role and has since gained experience across various areas of law; however, she has always been most passionate about estate planning and probate.
Her responsibilities include preparing estate planning documents such as wills, powers of attorney, and personal directives; drafting a range of court documents including Applications for Grant of Probate, Estate Inventories, and Personal Representative Affidavits; and helping clients to navigate the probate process at a time when they may be grieving the loss of a loved one.
