About Megan
Megan is a Foreclosure Paralegal in our Halifax office. Her experience includes the preparation of demand letters; arranging payment plans with debtors; preparing legal documents such as Notice of Action, Affidavit of Mortgagee, and Foreclosure Orders; scheduling public auctions; retaining and working with property management companies, auctioneers, appraisers, and realtors; and preparing and submitting claims to mortgage insurers. Megan has vast experience working as a foreclosure paralegal and a legal assistant in personal injury. She strives to prioritize her debtors and clients by ensuring kind, efficient communication.
Megan holds a Paralegal Plus Diploma from Success College, earned in 2018. Outside of work, Megan loves spending quality time with her son and Rottweiler, exploring local hiking trails and beaches, embracing every moment to the fullest.
