Maggie is a lawyer in our Sydney office who focuses her practice on real estate law, including mortgages, refinances, and agreements of purchase and sale. She also advises on wills and estates planning, probate, migration matters, and Adult Capacity and Decision-Making Act applications. Known for her thorough and organized approach, Maggie is committed to delivering practical solutions for her clients.

She is actively involved in her community, having served on boards for local organizations and contributed to development projects such as building a community playground. Maggie values collaboration and clear communication, ensuring outcomes that work best for everyone involved.

Outside of work, Maggie enjoys reading, running, curling, and paddling. A former competitive athlete, she continues to curl and loves spending time with her husband Joel, daughter Stella, and extended family. With strong ties to Cape Breton, Maggie is proud to serve the region while growing her career in the community she loves.
