About Lindsay
Lindsay brings a blend of business acumen and community orientation to her role as Manager of Business Development. In this role, she leads the business development team to oversee all related activities and strategy for Atlantic Canada, including collaboration and alignment with marketing and business growth initiatives.
Through her ties in the Newfoundland and Labrador business community, Lindsay acts as a connector between the firm and its lawyers, clients, prospective new clients and industry associations. A natural relationship builder, she is always seeking and exploring new opportunities to build and grow partnerships and relationships for the Firm.
Lindsay is involved in the business development process from start to finish. Collaborating with the marketing and business development teams, she provides support for market research and analysis, lead generation, prospect outreach, pitch and proposal development, internal coaching and strategic planning for various practice groups. Leveraging her experience as an accredited financial planner, Lindsay also applies her skills in problem solving and risk assessment to her business development role.
Lindsay is a passionate volunteer. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for Global NL. In her previous role, she was closely involved with organizations such as Brighter Futures and First Light. She has a true passion for meeting with communities and individuals to talk about financial literacy, and enjoys facilitating mentorship opportunities and career development for others. Lindsay was previously a NextGen ambassador.
Outside of the office, Lindsay can often be found running trails on the beautiful Newfoundland coast.
