About Lesia
Lesia is an Immigration Paralegal in McInnes Cooper’s Immigration Group. She prepares and coordinates immigration applications, drafts forms, supporting documentation, and client correspondence, and manages case files and deadlines. She works closely with clients to collect required information and provide case updates, and collaborates with lawyers on complex matters. Lesia submits applications through online portals and provincial nominee platforms and maintains detailed checklists, templates, and process guides to promote consistency and efficiency.
Lesia joined McInnes Cooper in 2022 and advanced to her current role as an Immigration Paralegal in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, she spent more than seven years in Ukraine as a Visa Support Manager and Education Abroad Adviser, supporting students and families with admissions, visa applications, and accommodation arrangements.
