About Jacob
Jacob practices in the areas of real estate and corporate law.
Jacob’s overarching approach to his practice is to optimize and safeguard the values and interests of his clients. He represents financial institutions, private lenders, developers, investors and businesses in real estate matters, including commercial financings, real estate transactions and property development. He is also engaged by landlords and tenants to assist with commercial leasing issues. Jacob acts for companies in a variety of business situations, including corporate transactions, reorganizations, corporate governance and general corporate matters.
Jacob is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society. He is part of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers, and enjoys volunteering and playing sports when not in the office.
