With over 20 years of experience, Greg’s practice focuses on banking and financial services, corporate, commercial, contract, real estate and general business law matters. He is also familiar with a comprehensive range of litigation matters, including corporate, commercial, construction, environmental, debt recovery and property lawsuits.
Greg serves a range of clients, from large multi-nationals, financial institutions, insurers, professional societies and crown corporations, to small and medium sized businesses, charitable organizations and individuals. Greg’s past professional roles include partner positions with full service law firms, operating his own boutique business law firm and acting as in-house counsel for a local manufacturer.
Greg offers legal counsel and services in strategic planning and risk assessment, policy development, contract negotiation and drafting, transactional and opinion work, due-diligence and all forms of dispute resolution.
Greg has appeared before all levels of Court in New Brunswick, the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia, the Federal Court and various provincial administrative boards and tribunals. He also serves as one of the tribunal chairs for the Mental Health Tribunal of New Brunswick.
Greg actively volunteers on multiple boards and committees at both the local and provincial level. Greg is also co-chair of the CSR Committee for McInnes Cooper’s Moncton office.
