About Emma

Emma is a lawyer in our Halifax office, working within our Labour & Employment and Regulation of Professions service areas.

Emma attended Dalhousie’s Schulich School of Law. Emma received several scholarships and awards while in law school, including the Schulich Scholarship, the Frank Covert Memorial Scholarship, the Clifford Rae Achievement Award, the Stuart Clark Lane Memorial Prize for highest academic standing in administrative law, and the McInnes Cooper Labour Law Group prize for highest academic standing in labour law. During law school, Emma also enjoyed being an academic peer mentor and co-chair of the Dalhousie Health Law Students’ Association.

Prior to returning to school, Emma worked in financial advisory and project management in London, UK. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors and with her friends and family.
