About Emily
Emily’s practice is focused in corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate finance, as well as cross-border law. Emily practices in both New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, representing clients in both provinces.
Prior to joining McInnes Cooper, Emily gained experience and insight working with a major banking institution, specializing in mortgage lending and earning her Investment Funds in Canada (IFC) certification in 2012. Applying her knowledge and experience within the finance industry to her current corporate practice, Emily provides clients with practical, applicable advice.
Emily is a member of the board of directors for Dance Fredericton, as well as for the Children’s International Summer Village (CISV). Off the clock, she enjoys staying active with her dog.
