Elianna is a lawyer in McInnes Cooper’s Halifax office, where she practices in commercial and residential real estate. She advises on a broad range of real property transactions, with a particular focus on commercial financing, acting for both lenders and borrowers. Her experience also includes condominium registrations, commercial leasing matters, subdivision developments, and large-scale hotel acquisitions.

Elianna is a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society and the Real Estate Lawyers Association of Nova Scotia. She is actively involved in the Lebanese community, and serves as the Sponsorship Chair of the Halifax Lebanese Festival. 

Outside of her real estate practice, Elianna is a traveler and enjoys exploring new cultures and cuisines.
