About Ebunoluwa
Ebun is a corporate paralegal in our Saint John office who supports ongoing corporate maintenance and compliance matters. She is an internationally trained lawyer, and her work includes processing annual renewals for provincial and extra‑provincial registrations, from issuing initial renewal notices through to follow‑up with clients and completion of required filings. She also updates corporate registry information, maintains corporate records and databases in accordance with standard procedures, and prepares and updates annual resolutions.
Ebun approaches her work with a thoughtful and analytical mindset, paying close attention to detail and working through issues calmly to develop practical, well‑reasoned solutions. Outside of her practice, she is a member of the Welcoming and Settlement Committee of the Pavilion of Redemption and is also a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. She volunteers monthly at a homeless shelter. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling and spending quality time with family while exploring new places together.
