About David
David is an Associate at McInnes Cooper in the St. John’s office. His practice focuses on construction law, and commercial and litigation issues for the fishing industry, including those related to license and vessel procurement, financing and regulatory concerns.
David also practices law in the area of corporate and commercial, real estate, and wills and estates.
David graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and a Bachelor of Science from Dalhousie University. He then completed his Master of Arts degree from Carleton University and his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Windsor. He was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador Bar in February 2009.
