Chelsea Greenham is an articled clerk in McInnes Cooper’s Halifax office. She has developed a strong interest in general litigation, with a particular focus on insurance defense, bankruptcy, and insolvency, municipal, construction, corporate and shareholder disputes. Chelsea is particularly drawn to advocacy and enjoys the strategic and practical aspects of dispute resolution.
Chelsea earned her Juris Doctor from University of New Brunswick, where she was actively involved in student leadership. She served as Co-President of the Orientation Committee, Treasurer of the Graduation Committee, and Student Coordinator for the Fredericton Legal Advice Clinic, supporting access to justice initiatives within the community. Prior to law school, Chelsea completed a Bachelor of Commerce at Saint Mary’s University, majoring in Accounting and Human Resource Management with a minor in Political Science. Her business background provides her with a strong foundation in analyzing complex financial and organizational issues.
Outside the office, Chelsea has a passion for travel and enjoys golfing, reading, and crocheting. She values spending quality time with friends and family whenever she can.
