Charlotte Sullivan is a dedicated and enthusiastic articled clerk in our Charlottetown office. She is particularly interested in the areas of litigation and immigration law, where she strives to provide practical and effective legal advice to clients.
While obtaining her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Civil Law from McGill University, Charlotte served as President of the McGill Law Students’ Association and worked as a senior caseworker at the McGill Legal Information Clinic. She was also a research assistant with the National Self-Represented Litigants Project. In her third year, Charlotte represented McGill at the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. She also has significant policy experience, having worked for Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada in the International and Intergovernmental Relations Branch as a policy analyst for four years.
When she’s not working, Charlotte enjoys exploring her creative side through writing and cooking. She also enjoys hiking, reading fiction, and backpacking, most recently having completed a four-month stint in Southeast Asia prior to commencing her articles.
