About Charlene
Charlene Ritchot is a property paralegal in McInnes Cooper’s Halifax office. She brings over two decades of experience to her role, which spans corporate financing for both lenders and borrowers, as well as the acquisition and sale of commercial properties. She has supported transactions across Nova Scotia and Manitoba, including financings, refinancing, and residential property matters.
A graduate of Success Business College’s Legal Assistant program in 1997, Charlene provides critical support to lawyers and clients throughout every stage of a deal, from due diligence and document preparation to funding and closing.
