About Cathleen

Cathleen is a lawyer in our Fredericton office with a general litigation practice. She helps businesses, government institutions, contractors and employers resolve and avoid disputes.

During her articles with McInnes Cooper, Cathleen gained extensive experience with litigation matters, providing research support and advice to clients in relation to contract and business disputes. Cathleen also has experience providing support on corporate transactions, including asset purchases, incorporations and real property transactions.

While in law school, Cathleen sat on UNB’s Working Group on the Principles of Naming and Renaming University Places and had the pleasure of serving on the executives for both the UNB Rock & Ice Club and the UNB Rowing Team.

Outside of work, Cathleen enjoys rock climbing, skiing and spending time with friends and family.
