Catherine’s practice is primarily focused in the area of general litigation, with experience in corporate and commercial litigation, estate litigation and administrative law. Catherine also has considerable experience in estate and succession planning. Working with financial advisors, she advises clients on simple and complex wills and trusts, including those with spousal trusts or Henson Trusts.
Clients appreciate Catherine’s ability to honestly assess a situation and provide candid advice. She looks at the whole picture before determining the best course of action in each situation.
Catherine is currently the Chair of the Elder Law Section of the New Brunswick Branch of the Canadian Bar Association and sits on the boards of the New Brunswick Hospice Palliative Care Association and the Atlantic Wellness Community Centre. She is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the New Brunswick Bar Association.
In her spare time, Catherine enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and walking.
