Catherine is an Associate in our Moncton office. Her practice is primarily focused in the area of litigation, with experience in corporate and commercial litigation, construction litigation, estate litigation, and administrative law, including regulatory matters for professional associations. Catherine also has considerable experience in residential and commercial real estate and estate and succession planning. Working with financial advisors, she advises clients on complex wills and trusts, including those with spousal trusts, children trusts or Henson Trusts.
Clients appreciate Catherine’s ability to honestly assess a situation and provide candid advice. She looks at the whole picture before determining the best course of action in each situation.
Catherine is currently the Chair of the Elder Law Section of the New Brunswick Branch of the Canadian Bar Association and sits on the boards of the New Brunswick Hospice Palliative Care Association, the Atlantic Wellness Community Centre and the Moncton Area Lawyers’ Association. She is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the New Brunswick Bar Association.
In her spare time, Catherine enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and walking.
