About Ashley
Ashley Hatt is an articled clerk at our Saint John office. Her legal interests include estates and trusts, corporate law, and bankruptcy and insolvency.
During her time at law school, Ashley worked as a research assistant for Professor Richard H. McLaren. She assisted Professor McLaren in various sports, commercial, and labour arbitrations and updated his publications in alternative dispute resolution, commercial insolvency and restructuring, and secured transactions. She also managed and edited Secured Transactions in Personal Property in Canada and the Annotated Ontario Personal Property Security Act.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys hot yoga, reading, and spending time with her golden doodle Joey.
