About Andrew

Andrew has a general litigation practice with a focus on commercial litigation. His practice encompasses the areas of contract, business and property disputes, construction law, administrative law, insurance law, debt litigation, asset recovery and bankruptcy and insolvency. Andrew helps businesses, government entities, owners, contractors, insurers, lenders, and financial institutions to resolve and avoid disputes.

Andrew solves his clients’ complex issues in a timely, efficient manner, whether through litigation, arbitration, mediation, or negotiation. He has represented clients before all courts in New Brunswick and various administrative tribunals. Andrew also has experience in alternative dispute resolution procedures, especially arbitration.

Outside of the office, he enjoys health and fitness, golf, collecting vinyl records and all things music, politics, and sports.
