As Manager, Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning for the firm, Alana is responsible for leading the end-to-end talent acquisition and integration process for all talent — including staff, lawyer laterals, law students and students-at-law/articled clerks — across McInnes Cooper’s seven offices.
A natural relationship builder, Alana is known for fostering strong connections across all levels of the firm and with external partners. She brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to talent acquisition and excels at designing and enhancing processes that deliver a seamless, engaging experience for both candidates and hiring leaders. Alana is committed to continuous learning and development, ensuring her work — and the firm’s approach to talent acquisition — continues to evolve in meaningful and forward-thinking ways.
Outside of the office, Alana enjoys spending time with her family exploring the outdoors, traveling, and giving back to her community.
