With a strong foundation in law and a keen eye for detail, Afrah brings valuable experience to real estate transactions. As a property paralegal in our Moncton office, she is responsible for handling all aspects of conveyancing, from drafting and organizing legal documents to preparing final reports and closing materials. Afrah works closely with clients, realtors, and opposing counsel to ensure smooth and timely file progression.

Afrah holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London, graduating with Second Class Honours (Upper Division), and is a qualified Attorney-at-Law in Sri Lanka. Prior to relocating, she served as a Junior Associate at Varners, a leading law firm in Sri Lanka.

Outside of work, Afrah enjoys long drives, discovering scenic spots across the country, experimenting with new cuisines, and baking sweet treats to share with friends and family.
