McInnes Cooper is proud to announce that Daniel Wallace has been appointed King’s Counsel (KC).
The King’s Counsel designation recognizes lawyers of exceptional merit who have made significant contributions to the legal profession. Appointments are granted to senior lawyers who have demonstrated professional integrity and good character, earned the respect of their peers, and maintained membership in the Nova Scotia bar for at least 15 years.
Dan is a Partner in our Halifax office, practising in civil litigation, class actions, and tax litigation. He has successfully represented Canada’s disabled veterans in numerous cases, helping to ensure access to justice and the full benefits to which they are entitled. These matters have resulted in some of the largest financial recoveries in Canadian legal history.
Congratulations to Dan on this well-deserved and distinguished appointment.
