Cheryl Hodder announced as National Academic Director for ICD

McInnes Cooper is pleased to announce that Cheryl Hodder, QC., has been named as a National Academic Director, Crown Director Effectiveness, for The Institute of Corporate Directors, (ICD). The ICD has added four new roles of National Academic Director to ensure that courses remain current, relevant, and are delivered from the director’s perspective. The ICD strives to lead and demonstrate the value of excellence in directorship and enlightens directors to anticipate, influence, and meet boardroom challenges.
Cheryl practices extensively in the areas of Corporate Governance, Education Law, Administrative Law, and Business at McInnes Cooper. She represents universities, colleges, Crown Corporations, health authorities and small and medium sized businesses. Cheryl is Honorary Consul of Sweden for Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland & Labrador. Congratulations Cheryl.
