The Centre for Law in the Contemporary Workplace at Queens University, together with the Canadian Human Rights Commission, Osgoode Hall Law School and the Women’s Legal Education and Action Fund (LEAF) present this symposium which brings together academics, lawyers, social scientist and policy makers to examine how law currently addresses the intersection between work and family care, and how it might be reshaped to better accommodate the realities and aspirations of 21st century families and workplaces.
