Our associate program consists of a formal mentor program, where associates are paired up with partners within the firm. Each associate is supported in developing an annual business plan, and has access to many hours of continuing legal education, both substantive and skills based. Associates also have the opportunity to attend external conferences, in relation to their practice areas.
