A native of Saint John, New Brunswick, Terry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (Economics) from Carleton University and his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of New Brunswick. Terry was called to the New Brunswick Bar in 1978 and received his Queen’s Counsel designation in December, 2000.

 

Terry practices business law, representing local, provincial, national and international clients in New Brunswick which includes, financings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity financing, start-ups, reorganizations, agency matters, commercial real estate development and financing, licensing, regulatory matters, public funding program applications, governance advice to owners and management, succession planning, general legal advice to SME owners, management and their families (including real estate, wills, probate and estate matters).
