Steven is a Partner in our Fredericton office, and a member of the Corporate and Business Group and the Real Property and Land Use Planning Group. Steven’s work focuses on handling real property and general commercial transactions and represents purchasers and vendors of residential and commercial properties. He regularly advises clients on property acquisitions, financing transactions, including apartment complexes, condominiums, retail outlets, shopping malls and office buildings, and Quieting of Titles Applications. His expertise extensively covers Land Titles migrations including PID Databank Applications, Applications for First Registration of Title and Adjudications (for both PID Databank Applications and Applications for First Registration of Title). Steven also advises on lease issues, purchase, sale and financing of properties. He has worked with the creation of condominium corporations and the preparation of Declarations and Bylaws, as well as the preparation of security documents including Vendor Take Back Mortgages and Mortgage Assumptions.

 

Steven is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of New Brunswick and the York-Sunbury Law Society.
