About Scott

Scott is a partner in our Saint John office with a practice in banking litigation, asset recovery, and commercial real estate.

Providing practical, client-focused legal advice, Scott routinely represents financial institutions and a variety of secured and unsecured creditors in navigating through bankruptcy and insolvency, creditors’ rights, and asset recovery matters.  He appears regularly before the Court of Queen’s Bench.

Prior to entering law, Scott was a professional engineer, and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of New Brunswick (APEGNB). He is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of New Brunswick, and former member of the New Brunswick Assessment and Planning Appeal Board.
