Profile

Norman’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, in both insurance defence and plaintiff’s litigation cases. He also has experience with sexual abuse cases. Norman is bilingual and practises in both official languages. He has appeared before the Court of Appeal of New Brunswick, Court of Queen’s Bench (Trial and Family Divisions) Probate Court of New Brunswick, Provincial Court and various administrative tribunals. He is also a certified mediator, trained by the Lex Mundi College of Mediators in New Orleans, Louisiana.

 

Norman is a member of the Law Society of New Brunswick (President of the Society’s Complaints Committee), Lex Mundi, the American Canon Law Society, the Christian Legal Fellowship, the Canadian Bar Association and l’Association des juristes d’expression française du Nouveau-Brunswick. He has lectured at various courses offered by the Bar Admission Course. Norman has also volunteered with the Canadian Cancer Society, serving on both National and Divisional Boards and holds a lifetime membership with the Society.
