Mark Kennedy is a passionate Human Resources professional with 8 years of prior experience and a focus on client service and continuous improvement. He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree along with a Certificate in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from Saint Mary’s University in 2001, and completed his CHRP certification in 2007. He has a variety of industry experience including fitness, paramedical, telecommunications, real estate development and media as an HR professional and business leader. He has also had exposure across many functional areas in Human Resources and has strengths in recruitment, employee relations, coaching/leadership effectiveness, performance management and compensation. Mark communicates actively with his client groups and works toward an easy, straightforward method of communication focused on transparency and honesty.

Mark is a resident of Halifax since 1996 and is also a sports and fitness enthusiast with several black belts and is an active participant in hockey, baseball, cycling, and other sports.
