Marie joined McInnes Cooper in 1997, after receiving her Paralegal Diploma from Scotia Career Academy. At that time, she worked with Professional Development as the Professional Development Coordinator for four years. Her current position is the firm’s Coordinator of Recruitment and Professional Programs. She supports the Manager of Recruitment and Development in matters dealing with recruitment, articling/student programs, and lawyer retention initiatives.

Marie has been an active member of the Human Resources Associates of Nova Scotia (HRANS) since 2007.
