Profile

Lorraine acts as Counsel in our Fredericton office and has acted on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, including purchases and sales of shares and assets of a business, advising with the start-up of a business, incorporations, amalgamations, corporate reorganizations, shareholders agreements, partnership agreements, shareholders actions and related matters. Lorraine is recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada 2010 for Real Estate Law. She provides legal advice in commercial financing matters as well as enforcement and realization of security and deals with succession planning for business owners, including intergenerational transfers, wills and trusts.

 

Lorraine is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of New Brunswick, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Theatre New Brunswick Foundation.
