Profile

Len is Chair of the Board of Directors at McInnes Cooper, a Partner in the firm’s Fredericton office, and has spent 30 years as a practicing corporate and commercial lawyer. During this time, he has gained valuable experience acting for the public sector, major private sector developers and small business people throughout New Brunswick. He has been busy lately working on public private partnerships and the gas, electricity and renewable resource sectors. Len regularly appears before the New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board. He is recognized by The Best Lawyers in Canada 2010 in the areas of Corporate Law, Energy Regulatory Law, Natural Resources Law and Real Estate Law.

 

Len is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Law Society of New Brunswick and the Fredericton Law Society.
