Profile

Kyle is an Associate in our Halifax office who practices in the area of labour and employment law, including occupational health and safety. Since becoming an Associate, Kyle has appeared before the Nova Scotia Supreme Court and the Nova Scotia Small Claims Court, as well as various administrative tribunals, including the Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission, the Nova Labour Standards Tribunal, and the Nova Scotia Labour Relations Board. He has been actively involved in employment litigation and labour arbitrations. Kyle has also gained experience with collective bargaining in industry sectors throughout the Province and has also been involved in providing labour and employment related seminars to a wide array of employers.

 

Prior to being called to the Bar in 2008, Kyle received a B.A. from St. Francis Xavier University and an LL.B. from Dalhousie University. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society and the St. FX Alumni Association.
