About Kim
Kim joined McInnes Cooper in 2008 and has over 30 years of experience in the area of corporate law. She also spent a year in Singapore in 1996 where she worked for an American law firm on project finance matters. Kim is responsible for overseeing the work performed by the firm’s corporate paralegals for the NB and PEI offices to ensure efficiency, quality control and standardization of services in the practice areas of corporate and commercial, securities and tax, and also provides legal assistance to lawyers in the firm in all facets of corporate transactions and reorganizations.
Kim is a member of the International Paralegal Management Association and the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario. Kim currently sits on the Board of Directors for the East Saint John Minor Basketball Association and is a past Coach, Secretary and Division Head for the league. She also volunteers for the annual Hoop Dreams 3×3 Basketball Tournament in support of the Children’s Wish Foundation and also volunteers annually for the NBIAA Final 12 High School Basketball Championships.
