Kim joined McInnes Cooper in 2008 and has over 20 years of experience in the area of corporate law. She also spent a year in Singapore in 1996 where she worked for an American law firm on project finance matters. She is responsible for overseeing the work performed by the firm’s corporate paralegals for the NB and PEI offices to ensure efficiency, quality control and standardization of services in the practice areas of Corporate & Commercial, Securities, Tax, Wills and Estates, and also provides legal assistance to lawyers in the firm in all facets of corporate transactions.

Kim is a member of the International Paralegal Management Association and the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario. Kim also volunteers with the Saint John SPCA and with the East Saint John Minor Basketball Association where she is the Secretary for the league, a Division Head and a Level 1 certified coach.
