Profile

Ken is Counsel in McInnes Cooper’s Summerside office. He practices corporate commercial, real estate and estate law. His practice includes property and commercial financing as well as corporate reorganizations and estate freezes.

 

With more than 30 years of practice, Ken has had the opportunity to work with and appear before all levels of courts in Prince Edward Island and made representation to a number of boards and commissions. He has served on the Law Society Discipline Committee and served a number of terms on the Council of the Law Society of Prince Edward Island. Ken has also acted as a one-man board of Inquiry on a number of Human Rights matters.
