Profile

Keith is Counsel in the Fredericton office with over forty years experience working in real property law. Keith covers all sorts of real estate transactions: purchasing, sales, leasing and financing for condominium developments and commercial properties. He represented the developer of Fredericton’s first shopping mall and guided the Regent Mall through its expansion. He also advises clients on land developments, zoning and community planning.

 

Keith was a long-time member of the Fredericton Planning Committee. He has represented clients before Fredericton City Counsel and the city’s Planning Advising and Planning Approval Boards. He is an adjudicator under the Land Titles Act. Keith was called to the New Brunswick Bar in 1960. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of New Brunswick.
