About Kathryn

Kathryn is counsel in our Moncton office whose corporate commercial practice focuses on financings, corporate reorganizations and commercial law. She represents major banks in debt financing transactions and provides advice on insolvency related matters including receivership, restructuring, workouts and asset recovery. She regularly represents secured creditors and other major creditors, trustees and receivers in Atlantic Canada. She has been named Best Lawyers® 2021 Real Estate Law “Lawyer of the Year” for Moncton and is ranked in the Canadian Legal Lexpert® Directory.

Kathryn is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of New Brunswick. She is a board member of PJWM Community Sponsors Inc. and a past member of the Board of Directors of the Volunteer Centre of Southeastern New Brunswick Inc.

Kathryn was chosen by a jury of her peers to receive the prestigious Canadian Bar Association New Brunswick Pro Bono Award on February 4, 2011 in recognition of her “outstanding pro bono legal services to the community”.
