Profile

Julie is an Associate in our Halifax office practicing in the areas of corporate finance and securities law, and corporate and business law.

She graduated from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2010 with a Business Law Specialization. Previous to that, Julie obtained her Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University in 2007, graduating with distinction. She also received the Law Foundation of Nova Scotia Scholarship.

Julie remains an active participant with the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation’s Run for the Cure, the Canadian Cancer Society’s Relay for Life and Marathon of Sport.
