Profile

Heather is a Partner in our Fredericton office, serving clients in the areas of corporate and commercial, corporate finance and securities law. She assists businesses in setting up corporate structures, conducting reorganizations, completing corporate and commercial transactions and raising equity capital.

 

Heather is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of New Brunswick and the York-Sunbury Law Society. She is also involved with the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce (Co-Chair of the Economic Development Committee) and the New Brunswick Legal Aid Services Commission (Member of the Board of Directors). Heather holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of New Brunswick.
