Profile

Hasan is an Associate in our Halifax office and is a part of our Corporate and Business Law group.

 

He graduated from the University of New Brunswick with his Bachelor of Laws in 2011. He was awarded the Law Faculty Prize in recognition of his high academic standing and extra-curricular activities. While at the University of New Brunswick, Hasan concentrated his studies on corporate transactions, commercial and bankruptcy law, securities law and tax law.

 

Hasan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (High Distinction) from the University of Toronto. Hasan has also successfully written the Level III Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Exam and the Canadian Securities Course (CSC). Prior to attending law school, Hasan worked as an accountant.

 

Hasan is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Canadian Tax Foundation and the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society.
