Profile

Greg is an Associate in our St. John’s office. He practices in the area of general corporate and business law.

 

Greg’s practice has included working on various aspects of business acquisitions and financings. He has worked on the purchase, sale and financing of a variety of commercial properties, including fish plants, malls, and local businesses. In the area of Real Property, Greg has worked on issues such as utility expropriation and acquisition powers, as well as resolving questions of jurisdictional authority over various utility services for commercial developments.

 

Greg is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of Newfoundland & Labrador. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Alberta in 2007, earning a President’s Scholarship in Science for that year. Greg received his Bachelor of Laws from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2010 and was called to the Bar in February 2011.
