Greg is an Associate in the Halifax office who practices in the areas of income tax, corporate and commercial law, customs law, cross-border business structuring and tax law, and wills, estates and trusts. Greg provides advice to individuals, private corporations, charitable and non-profit organizations and other entities in connection with income tax, the establishment of business structures, corporate reorganizations, purchase and sale transactions, estate planning, business succession planning, and other matters. Before joining McInnes Cooper, Greg worked for over 10 years as an engineer with a variety of large commercial businesses. Greg is a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Progress Club. He sits on the boards for the Progress Center for Early Intervention and the Lung Association of Nova Scotia where he is the secretary. He has completed the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants In-Depth Tax Course, parts I and II.
